When I was teaching, I always showed the clip of Freddie Mishkin being interviewed. It's a brilliant cross examination from a trial lawyer's point of view. The eerie part is that Mishkin didn't seem to know he was doing something wrong. And the interview didn't affect his career. His textbook is still sold here in our economic courses. I deal with economists in a section of my draft book called Enabler's. It probably won't make my blog for sometime. But, again, I'm in line with your way of thinking.
